TCEE welcomes students of all backgrounds. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, cultural heritage, political beliefs, sexual orientation, national origin, age, gender, marital status or disabilities in offering admission, providing services, or in our employment practices.

If you would like to apply, click the relevant button below and complete the online form. A member of our administrative team will be in touch!

Applications for the 2025-2026 school year are now open! Families must have either an in-person or virtual tour before their application will be considered.

Program and scheduling options

After reviewing your application, the TCEE office will be in touch with either an acceptance email with a deposit invoice or information about our waitlist. Once you receive the deposit invoice, you will have ten (10) business days to pay the deposit and complete your application to secure your spot.

Please note:  Non-refundable application fee ($50) and initial deposit ($1,500) is due at the time of registration. Applications will be processed according to the date received following the priority period.

Policies & Procedures

  • To apply (returning families, please skip the first step):

    1.  Reach out to the Education Office (educationoffice@ohabei.org) to arrange an initial meeting and tour with one of our administrators.

    2. Submit an application through Procare.

Tip: applications should include the longest schedule a family may need, as it is possible to reduce hours/days but difficult to extend. Schedule changes can be made between application receipt and May 1, 2025 for full year applications and August 1, 2025 for school year applications. After these dates, 30 days’ notice is required to make any schedule changes.

    3. Once your application is processed, the TCEE administrative team will email you an invoice for your initial deposit—$1,500 per child. This nonrefundable amount is due within 10 business days of your invoice date in order to secure your child’s spot. Initial deposits must be paid by check made payable to “Education at TOS”. TCEE does not accept credit card payments. Please contact the office if you have any questions. Please do not combine deposit payments with any other payments (current school year tuition, etc.). Sibling deposits can be paid with the same check.

    4. When your initial deposit payment has been processed, the TCEE administrative team will confirm with a registration letter outlining your child’s schedule.

    5. In May 2025, you will receive an invoice for the remainder of your deposit. TCEE deposits are equivalent to two months’ tuition (covering your child’s first and last months’ tuition). This amount is due no later than June 1, 2025 and must be paid by check.

    • Monthly tuition is paid via ACH (automatic clearing house) payments or by check. TCEE does not accept credit or debit card payments.

    • Families will be invoiced monthly on the 1st of each month. Payments are due by the 15th of the month.

    • Payments received after the 25th of each month are assessed a $25 late fee

    • Families are responsible for any fees associated with checks returned for insufficient funds plus a $25 handling/processing fee.

    • Tuition is paid based on a ten (10) or twelve (12) month annualized rate. We have already taken holidays and planned vacation time into account. (Please note: for all TCEE students, school will be closed for December vacation and two weeks of Teacher Professional Development at the end of August.)

    • If you are enrolling more than one child in TCEE, a sibling discount of 10% of each child’s total tuition will be deducted from your bill. Please note: the sibling discount does not apply to TCEE’s BEEP on Beacon Extended Day program.

    • Those who choose to withdraw after the start of the school year and before March 1, 2026, must give thirty (30) days written notice to the Education Director and their tuition deposit payment will be applied to the child’s final month of attendance.  Families who choose to withdraw after March 1, 2026 are required to pay for the school year in full.

    • Tuition adjustments or refunds will not be made if a child misses school due to illness, vacation,  or otherwise, and will not be made if the TCEE is closed because of weather or governmental orders related to public safety.

Enrollment Options

  • Full Year registration is an all-in-one option for families who know they want to enroll at TCEE for all 12 months, June to June. Full year registration includes:

    • Summer 2025

    • School year 2025-2026

    • February 2026 vacation camp

    • April 2026 vacation camp

As we appreciate the commitment this is for a family, the full year option will lock families in at a slightly lower monthly rate than the comparable school year schedule options.

Full year enrollments include the same daily and weekly schedules for all months, summer 2025 and school year 2025-2026.

Full year registration will adjust as follows for the summer months, as TCEE’s summer hours differ slightly from our school year hours:

    • 7:30am drop off (Sept 2025—June 2026) → 8am drop off (summer 2025)

    • 4:30pm pick up (Sept 2025—June 2026) → 5pm pick up (summer 2025)

    • 5:30pm pick up (Sept 2025—June 2026) → 5pm pick up (summer 2025)

Changes to Full Year schedules must be requested by May 1, 2025. Changes made after May 1, 2025 will require 30 days’ notice.

  • School Year registration covers September 2025 through June 2026. Optional registration for summer 2025 is available starting in January 2025. School year students will be able to register for any open spots in vacation camps (February and April) only after full year students have been accommodated.
